Sinthrall Peak

Traveling worshippers make there way to the Versmer Range to visit this temple of justice atop Sinthrall Peak. Many make this trip from the base of the mountain carrying nothing but a sleeping roll and a tent, the journey is grueling but it is a test of the gods to determine if the traveler is truly worthy of forgiveness. Many die on their way up the mountain, mostly because the pathway to the temple is not readily defined.

A famous tale tells of a man who once sought forgiveness for killing his own wife and children, as a true test, Henosis made the man traverse the mountainside over a dozen times before he finally reached the peak. When he did make it to the temple stairs the man was muttering to himself that ‘The journey was is only the first of many tests’ and he collapsed on the final step of the temple, only to reawaken several days later, claiming to have been killed a thousand times by the people he had loved. The man was later found on the steps leading back down the side of the mountain in a pool of blood with several stab wounds in his chest, and a look of horror plastered upon his face.
